In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a soulful herbal tea, soothing bath salts, and a pulse point perfume oil, each infused with intention, ritual, and natural beauty.

Come away with your own self-care potions and the knowledge to weave a little everyday magic into your everyday routine.

You will learn:

- How to blend herbs and botanicals into beautiful teas that support your body & soul, while tuning into the healing magic of plants.

- The art of creating bath salts infused with herbs, flowers, and essential oils to relax, restore, and energetically cleanse your body.

- To craft a powerful pulse point perfume oil. Designed not only to smell divine, but to shift your mood, boost your energy, or soothe your emotions throughout the day.

Along the way, I’ll share my favourite rituals to weave self-love, intention, and a little everyday magic into your beauty and wellbeing routine.
