Creative Mindfulness Day Retreat

Come and relax. Tap into your inner goddess, give your body & soul the chance to express itself, and create your own piece of beautiful intuitive art.

During our beautiful day retreat, you'll get to enjoy the following:

☆ An Aromatherapy blending session in which you'll create your own essential oil blend, to help ground you and open your mind.

☆ A gorgeously gentle pilates session to stimulate the body and relax the mind.

☆ A nutritious and tasty lunch with beautiful company and connection.

☆ A guided meditation to help you clear your mind and open your creative channels ready to express yourself through art.

☆ Intuitive painting. Using any colour and image inspiration from your meditation, you'll create a personal art piece using acrylic.

Saturday April 13th. From 10am until 4pm.

All materials will be provided, as well as lunch, refreshments and fabulous company.
